I K Chandrasekaran would like to share my fantastic experience of construction of house at Kootapalli, Thiruchengode under KK CONSTRUCTIONS. Er V Kathiravan (KK Constructions) has taken up the project of two buildings during peak of Covid-19 pandemic. I was quite impressed the way he handled the process. He prepared a good plan and elevation and worked for getting an approval of the same before starting the projects. He has clarified all my basic queries about the building structures and quality of materials to be used as per the standards. He started the work with the aim of making this project as a benchmark in the particular location. I think he achieved the same. The way he managed the MMM (Men, Money, and Materials) during each stage of the project is appreciated. At most care has taken by him to complete each stage. He used to visit twice a day to monitor the work which made us happy because we are remote from the site. His ideas and suggestions made the building a grandeur one, especially during the selection of all types of tiles, kitchen bathroom fittings, electrical items and selecting paints for both interior and exterior. Providing a common facility and safety work done both in and outside by his team is excellent. He handed over the project almost 99.9 % completed stage as mentioned in the agreement. Really, I am looking forward for another project under his work. My heartfelt thanks and congratulations for his future projects to be successful.
